Both, honestly. It's a printed zine — more considered than a letter, more personal than a magazine. Each issue is its own object.

Every volume ships on the 15th of the month. If you subscribe before the 15th, your first issue ships that same month. Subscribe after the 15th and your first issue ships on the 15th of the following month. Delivery time varies by location but typically arrives within a week or two of shipping.

Yes, and we handle gifts a little differently. When someone is receiving this as a surprise, we want to make sure their first volume arrives with the right introduction. Reach out to inquiries@ateliergryphon.com and we'll take care of it personally.

We can't control how the postal service handles things, but if your issue arrives substantially damaged, send us a photo and we'll do our best to replace it.
