The studio exists because health knowledge should reach people in ways they can feel, use, and pass on.

This is the center of our focus and curiosity:

  • Field research that most people would consider slow, inconvenient, or already done.

  • Gatherings designed for people to share their own stories rather than perform or mindlessly announce opinions.

  • Education that pulls people away from bottomless scrolling and into their own senses, curiosity, and lives.

  • Writing, visual art, print, and other forms that have always been how cultures make meaning, demand change, and remember what matters.

It's not fast, and some of it takes years.

We think that's exactly the point.
