Who We Are

Atelier Gryphon LLC is a cultural studio based in Fort Collins, Colorado. We produce printed publications, events, media, and educational programming. Our primary subscription product is Letters from Atelier Gryphon, a monthly printed letter mailed to subscribers.

Subscriptions

Letters from Atelier Gryphon is a recurring subscription billed monthly or quarterly, depending on the plan you select at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize Atelier Gryphon LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Billing. Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically at the end of each billing period.

Shipping schedule. Every volume ships on the 15th of the month. Subscribe by the 12th to receive that month's issue. Subscribe after the 12th, and your first volume ships on the 15th of the following month.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us at inquiries@ateliergryphon.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except in the case of items damaged or lost in transit. If your issue arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 14 days of the expected ship date, and we will make it right.

Events and Other Purchases

Tickets and registrations for Atelier Gryphon events are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by us. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund. One-time product purchases follow the same all-sales-final policy as subscriptions unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — writing, photography, design, and branding — belongs to Atelier Gryphon LLC or its contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content commercially without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Atelier Gryphon LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

Nothing on this site constitutes medical, legal, or regulatory advice.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or subscription to our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
